The Tasting Panel Magazine, the United States’ leading trade publication for the beverage industry, has partnered with Waterford Crystal to honor the best wine, cocktail and beverage lists in the country. The Crystal Beverage Awards covers a range of categories and is judged according to standards set by world-renowned food and wine authority Anthony Dias Blue and a team of highly-qualified wine and spirits professionals.

The Crystal Beverage Awards are unique because they honor a restaurant’s wine program AND its bar program. A shift has occurred in the US market and such a comprehensive look at a total beverage program is long overdue. In addition to recognizing more than the wine programs,the competition is different from other existing competitions in that the judging process is transparent. Information about who the judges are is available on the website and the quantitative criteria by which entrants will be judged is also public.
